This house really does feel like a home away from home. The backyard is big enough for outdoor games and the open plan living, dining and kitchen area is perfect for family time so you can all be in the same space and do life together. We've done our best to make sure you will have everything you need. You won't even need to bring towels and the beds will already be made for you. We believe that sleep is really important - especially when you are sleeping away from home, so we have invested in great beds and mattresses so that after a long day at the beach, you can sleep well, and be ready for your next day. There is parking on the property and lots of street parking too. We've put a coffee machine in the house too, so morning will be easier. The house sleeps 7 people with a few blow up mattresses if you need them. 2 queen beds in both of the mane bedrooms and a triple bunk to make the kids happy!
We have been married for over 20 years and have a little boy who we adore! We love the beach and love getting away to refresh and just spend time together. We believe that the world can be a better place if you have faith and try to be kind to everyone you meet. Kindness will win every time. We believe that the original bones of the house are about 50 years old. We (as well as the previous owners have done lots of work to make the house as beautiful as possible. We've installed new fly wire on all the windows and doors and after a guest suggested some hanging space the the main bedroom, we have put a clothes rack in. There are new curtains on the main bedroom window too. We have ordered a blind for the big window downstairs, this will give you a little more privacy (due to be installed by March 2022). We are constantly working to make things better so if there is anything you see that needs to be fixed or enhanced - please let us know.
Where do we start?? It's so beautiful here. The house is 2.5km from the beach and is an easy ride or a 20 minute walk. There is some of the greatest fishing right on your doorstep. Inverloch has everything you will need - great cafes, amazing pizza and a very cool little winery (about 2 minutes away), but if you want a bigger town, Wonthaggi is only a 10 minute drive.
