This cute and very quiet little unit is 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom. It has a large deck space with a Weber BBQ. It overlooks a reserve which has a great walking track, dog off-leash area and a playground. Sometimes you may spot a koala in one of the trees while on your deck, otherwise the birdlife is amazing.
There is a courtyard which has various herbs you are welcome to if you are cooking.
Carpark available in front of unit and also unlimited WiFi.

Once you send through a booking request, I will approve it and you have 24 hours to accept my approval in an email which you have 24 hours to accept upon receiving (again a new thing by Booking team)... if you have any issues you will need to contact The booking contact team separately.
The reserve behind the unit has a lovely walking track which takes you through to another dog park as well as a lovely pond or North Pine Creek where you can go kayaking.
You can also ride a bike along the track and if you continue to walk West on a Sunday morning you will stumble across the infamous Petrie Markets at old Petrie Town
The apartment is also walking distance to Petrie train station which takes you express to the city, Nambour (Sunshine Coast), Gold Coast & the airport.
It is walking distance to a Woolworths supermarket, bottle shop, a few takeaway shops including Chinese, American burger place and Indian cuisine. It is also walking distance to the Petrie pub which does fantastic pub food lunches and dinners with their new chef.
It is also a short drive to scenic locations like Dayboro, Samford along with restaurants, Event Cinemas and Ikea at Westfield North Lakes just a 10 minute drive away.
