We offer an entire house of luxury accommodation; 3 double bedrooms (2 king and 1 queen beds), 2.5 bathrooms, 2 living areas and an outside entertaining area with BBQ. The house has a sustainable feel about it with solar electricity, solar hot water (with electrical back up) and rain water tanks to water the ample beautiful gardens.
Bedrooms 1 & 2 have king sized beds, 1 with an ensuite and the 3rd bedroom has a queen sized bed, which is additional when booking is for up to 4 guests. All of the furniture and bedding was brought new and blended within the decore to look awesome.
The house has new blinds throughout as well as electric roller shutters on all external windows so the bedroom can be totally dark if required.
Ducted reverse cycle heating and cooling throughout, therefore cool in summer and warm in winter.
Our place is set just off Main St, a 2 minute walk through the park and olive grove to the coffee shops etc. The street is very quiet and overlooks the Gemmel Tassie Reserve. Within the reserve are free tennis courts, basket ball hoops and large open spaces for walking and riding. The Coast to Vines Rail Trail is 300m away and offers unlimited cycling, or you can ride the 'Tour Down Under' route on your bicycle.
Within 5 minutes walk is the pub that does great counter meals, or Oscars which cooks take away pizza til 9pm. Or within the same 5 minutes walk is Hardys Tintara for wine tastings and to visit the Fleurieu Art-house to see the artist at work. The Almond Train Cafe is next door for a great coffee. Coles and Foodland are 1km away and Romeo Foodland have a fantastic gourmet section for cheese, cold meats and a sushi bar.
Because we are in the geographical center of McLaren Vale, you have access to over 70 wineries, breweries and distillery within a short drive.
