This property is a small space in a great location to the city centre, Queens Park, Toowoomba Grammar and the Highway. The location is very quiet, cool in summer, warm in winter with the help of reverse cycle airconditioning. Undercover parking, fully detached stand alone unit makes your stay a very private one.
The location of this studio opens up so many options, in particular for the enjoyment of all the beautiful restaurants and cafe's that Toowoomba has to offer. A quick walk down to Margaret Street and you are right in amongst some of the most incredible cafe's I've ever been to. A little bit of a longer walk, or maybe a quick 7 dollar Uber ride to the city centre and then you have opened up a world of culinary delights. Not to mention cocktail bars, wine bars, sports bars and whiskey bars - please please please enjoy.
Walking distance to Toowoomba Grammar, Queens Park and the City centre, this little studio is perfectly located for your visit to this beautiful city.
