Albatross Rise is a brand new, modern and sun filled, 3 bedroom home just minutes from the Hobart CBD. Enjoy three bedrooms, a large entertaining deck with outdoor furniture and BBQ + open plan living. With large kitchen, beds for up to six guests, a private laundry + lock up garage, this house ticks all the boxes. With Meehan Ranges to the north and Mount Wellington to the west, escape the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy this relaxed area, just minutes from shops, the city and airport.
As your host, I am available via phone or email, and can attend the property when required.
Mornington is one of the first suburbs of Hobart that you come to when driving from Hobart Airport into the City. It is a quiet, new homes residential area and enjoys a northerly aspect, with lovely all day sunshine. Easily accessed via the main highway between the city and airport, Mornington is a quiet alternative to the city, with mountain bike tracks just across the highway in the beautiful Meehan Ranges park lands.
