We run this small business with a lot of care. We have travelled extensively ourselves and felt that there is a huge shortage of places like home to stay in Melbourne for travelers. We started this business keeping in mind what we wanted when we were travelling. All our apartments comes with standard size fridge, washing machine/dryer, TV and full Kitchen. WIFI is free to use and there is no limit on usage. We love to meet out guests, help them with queries, suggesting places to visit and experience the local culture. Rules for using facilities in the building •⁠ ⁠No guest of guests are allowed to enter in the facilities area. •⁠ ⁠Please contact us directly after your room reservation is confirmed with the date (maximum 2 days ahead), number of people, time and the amenity you would like to have access to. We will check availability and try our best to book you in on the desired time. •⁠ ⁠You cannot make 2 bookings at the same time for the same facility. You will be allowed to make another booking after your first booking is already finished. Please also note: •⁠ ⁠Before you receive your facilities booking confirmation from us, we cannot guarantee you will be able to access the amenities. •⁠ ⁠The above rules apply for all facilities, including Gym, BBQ facilities, Swimming Pool, Spa, Sauna, Steam room and tennis court. •⁠ ⁠The facilities are managed by the building; we do not take responsibility for any technical / maintenance issues. CARPARK: There are limited street parking around. Please check signs. Paid underground secured parking spots can be reserved. It is subject to availability - please contact us directly to book. If you reserve one spot, you will have free access to it. Note: Please be advised the pool, spa, sauna and steam room will be closed for approximately two weeks from 6:00am Friday 4th July 2025 while the pool plant room floor waterproofing is being replaced. The gym will remain open and be accessible from the 31 Malcom Street Side.

You are in South Yarra, one of Melbourne's oldest and most affluent inner-city suburbs, bordered by the Yarra River and Richmond to the north, Prahran to the south and Toorak to the east. Shopping, fashion, dining and entertainment are the main features of South Yarra's extensive commercial precinct. Busy Chapel Street and Toorak Road are home to restaurants and many stylish fashion retailers with exclusive retail outlets, cafes, clubs, the popular Jam Factory entertainment complex, the Como Centre and Vogue Shopping Plaza. Commercial Road, which divides South Yarra from Prahran, is home to more retail shops, the Pran Central Shopping Centre and the iconic Prahran Market with its large selection of gourmet foods and fresh produce. South Yarra has a large selection of open space and parkland for visitors and residents. The largest areas of parkland are along the Yarra River and also Fawkner Park along South Yarra's western boundary. Smaller parks, many with playgrounds, can be found dotted throughout the suburb.
