So close to the city but with a suburban feel! Annerley is just 4km from the Brisbane CBD & about the same distance to Southbank. The house is centrally located to the medical hubs.... Princess Alexandra Hospital (3min drive); Greenslopes Private Hospital (5min drive) and the QLD Childrens Hospital (6min drive) Room 1 is stylishly decorated in a beach theme! Room 2 is the Africian themed room! The house that has a fully stocked kitchen & shared lounge, bathroom, toilet & kitchen. Each Room has it's own refrigerator/freezer as well as a shelf in the pantry to store packaged food items Would suit Leisure & Business Travellers

Although so close to the city you will experience a peaceful suburban lifestyle. Heading South takes you further into the suburban streets of Annerley. Heading North you will find it's busier as you head towards Coco's at Annerley (24 hr convenience store) and the Buranda Shopping Village.
