This property has all you need - two livings areas, a fireplace, air conditioning, outdoor dining area and BBQ overlooking stunning Killcare Beach and Bouddi National Park - all within a lovely tranquil bush setting. This property will absolutely delight all year round. Features include; 4 bedrooms 1 queen room with ensuite and ocean views 1 king room that can be split into singles on request 1 queen room 2 singles in the 4th bedroom 2 bathrooms plus a powder room Ducted AC throughout Fireplace Outdoor setting and dining for capturing the summer breeze and alfresco dining Fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee pod machine Flatscreen TV and WIFI connectivity Mobility chair for stairs Internal laundry with washer and dryer All linens provided just bring your beach towels Lock up garage - perfect for storing the surfboards and mountain bikes!
