Apartments on Connor manages 1 and 2 bedroom corporate and holiday apartments within the McLaughlan & Ann building on Connor Street, Fortitude Valley.
We use a guest-preferred, self check-in/check-out process, enabling guests to arrive, collect keys and park, generally within 5-10 minutes!
Apartments on Connor offers secure, on-site parking charged at a fee of 40AUD per stay - parking must be pre-booked through us prior to your arrival.
With a select range of pet-approved apartments, Apartments on Connor welcomes up to two small (under 15 kgs) dogs at an additional one-off charge of 80AUD. Pet stays are subject to availability and MUST be approved in writing prior to booking as there are limited pet-friendly apartments - please check with us to make sure we have availability and to check what documentation is required before booking.
Apartments on Connor was established in May 2020 by licensed Real Estate Agent and sole trader Coby Lee Beel.
Coby has over a decade of experience within the holiday and tourism industries, and has always sought to keep all business operations within a small and hardworking team where personal touches are never forgotten and extra time is spent on making sure each apartment's presentation is immaculate prior to arrival.
Coby is mindful about the impact her business has on the environment, and has taken steps to reduce its carbon footprint by using eco-friendly cleaning chemicals, recyclable bin bags made from cornstarch and in an effort to reduce the hotel industry's largest waste contributor, stock ONLY cruelty-free bathroom products in PET plastic bottles that are able to be reused.
Coby has a soft spot for animals and is proud to support BAWA (Bali Animal Welfare Association), donating a small amount from every guest's stay to this wonderful and very worthy, not-for-profit organisation!
Apartments on Connor is situated in a fantastic position rated highly among our guests, just a five minute walk from the highly acclaimed James Street Precinct of Fortitude Valley, where fine dining, boutique clothing stores and some of Brisbane's most sought-after hotspots line the streets.
All of our "City View Apartments" and "2 Bedroom Apartments" have stunning views of the Brisbane CBD with a glimpse of Story Bridge and beautiful sunsets to admire against the city-scape.
Our position to The Valley's bars, restaurants and nightlife means that you can enjoy a night out and not worry about Ubering it anywhere if your up for a short stroll!
We are under a 10 minute walk to the Valley Metro Train Station, busses arrive just around the corner on Ann Street and Ubers from the front of the building are generally a 1-2 minute wait, so getting around is never a problem.
