This stylish townhouse will answer all your holiday dreams with a communal pool and tennis court in the estate approximately 270m from the property. When you stay at Aqua Lagoon you will enjoy ultra-comfort with new refurbishments including ducted air-conditioning and all beds are brand new sealy posturepedic. Enjoy viewing the new smart 75inch tv in the main lounge and now all three bedrooms on the top floor have TV's. There is a lovely outlook from your entertaining area with BBQ. The fully fenced courtyard is great for the little-ones. You will be able to keep all your holiday fun equipment safe in the single lock-up garage and carport. We supply Free Wi-Fi and a coffee pods machine. The main bathroom has a large corner bath, and there is a 3rd bathroom on the living level. The property has air-conditioning in every room. There is a spacious lounge so you and your guests will have plenty of room whilst enjoying the fabulous area! PARKING This property has a single lockup garage plus a carport which can accommodate up to one large and one small vehicle, a total of 3 cars maximum. Extra parking is available at the end of the street, approximately 50 metres away. You must park within the boundary of the property or fines apply.
