Refurbished spacious apartment located in the beating heart of Byron Bay with easy access to Main Beach (only 300 metres away). The living, dining, and kitchen areas seamlessly blend in an open-plan layout which then opens out onto the balcony, with outdoor seating and a BBQ for alfresco dining. The apartment boasts a fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. Additionally, both the lounge room and master-bedroom are equipped with air conditioning, providing optimal comfort. This apartment is self-contained with bed, bathroom and kitchen linen supplied. It is not serviced. If you would like a service clean (this will be at an additional cost to you) please contact our office. You will need to supply your own toiletry items (we only provide a few basics). For beach towels, highchairs, cots, or extra linen please contact Byron Bay Holiday Hire. ***SORRY NO SCHOOLIES, HENS, OR BUCKS*** This property strictly forbids parties and gatherings, please note that failure to comply can result in a loss of security deposit or immediate termination.
