Modern and spacious both inside and out, this house with a pool and water feature will delight all the family. Architecturally designed to capture the sea breezes and natural light, it has an easy flow for relaxed beach side holidays just a 5 minute walk to Avoca Beach Surf Club, theater and cafes. As this home is being offered as a short-term rental, we kindly ask our guests to familiarise themselves with the short-term rental code of conduct, in particular part 2.5 which refers to the rights and obligations of the guest. This will help ensure your stay is enjoyed without interruption. Cleaning and Damages:

Additional charges may be incurred should a property be damaged or left in an unacceptable state. Cleaners charge extra fees for the following - excessive cleaning, rubbish removal, cleaning dishes, running/unpacking dishwasher, cleaning BBQ, moving furniture. These additional charges may be deducted from your bond/security deposit.

No Smoking:

Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. Failure to comply will result in additional fees.

No Parties or Events:

Parties and events are not permitted at this property. Failure to comply will result in your booking being cancelled without refund. As such you will be required to leave the property, regardless of time of day/night.

Quiet Time:

Please keep noise to a minimum between 9pm and 8am. Please be mindful of your neighbours when using outdoor entertaining areas and pools. No amplified noise allowed at any time.

Maximum Number of Guests:

No more than the number of guests you have booked for may be at the property at any time.

Parking:

Please only park in designated spots. Please do not block driveways

Security:

Please ensure the property is fully secured when not at the home and upon check out.
