A comfortable and quiet 1940s cottage in leafy East Toowoomba. 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, extra toilet, lounge room, laundry, outdoor setting and patio. All new appliances, beds and furnishings. Luxury sheets and towels. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Fenced garden with car port. Smart TV, pantry staples. Located a few minutes walk from Queens Park, St Vincent's Hospital, Toowoomba Grammar, cafes and shops and 15 minute drive from Gabbinbar.
