Nestled in a side street immediately off the Tasman Highway, Avalon Blue @ Derby is three bedroom house which has been renovated to host mountain bike riders visiting the Blue Derby trails.
Featuring secure bike storage, parking for four cars, bike wash, security camera coverage, new beds, complete kitchen, renovated bathroom and fenced rear deck with a gas BBQ, washing machine and dryer.
Avalon blue @ Derby has everything you need to make your mountain bike trip to Derby fun, safe and secure.
Fun loving and relaxed person who enjoys traveling and meeting people.
I will be available by phone and are regularly in Derby to assist if required.
