Ideal for families, couples or a girls weekend away, the property is a leisurely 5 minute stroll to No.16 Beach cafe which has amazing organic foods, fresh pastries and beautiful coffee. It's also an 8 min drive to the famous Mornington Peninsula and Alba Thermal Hot Springs, a perfect getaway retreat. Rye Ocean Beach is also nearby which has great rock pools at low tide and National Park walking trails. With world class beaches, golf courses, wineries, and restaurants at your door step, you are sure to have a relaxed getaway.

Quiet cul de-sac 5 mins walk to 16th Beach cafe and 9 mins walk to 16th beach and national park walking trails.
A 9 min walk to the sand of the back beach. A short 10 min drive to Rye front beach, hot springs, Sorrento and countless other pristine locations!
