We love walking around the city, participating in the many events that the city has to offer. Love the concerts & sporting events the city has the offer. A stroll along the Riverside drive, Elizabeth Quay and the beautiful Kings Park.

We are custom designed Apartments, we have 15 One Bedroom Apartment & 10 Two Bedroom Apartments. Our Apartments are on Levels 1 to 5, with the Office & Parking available on the Ground Floor and a guest Gym on the 6th Floor. We have lift access to all floors. We are a smoke free venue, smoking is prohibited on site.

We are centrally located with an easy walking distance to the Optus Stadium & WACA. There are restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, post office and other retail stores all with walking distance. We are also only a few minutes walk from the free CAT buses.

Please note that there is a Visa/Mastercard -1.50% Amex/diners- 3.00% and Union pay -2.50%. If you want to change the card you used when booking, please do so within 7 days prior to arrival by contacting the property using the contact details found on the booking confirmation (Please note this does not apply to the advance purchase rate). A different card cannot be used upon check-in.

You must show a valid credit card upon check-in. This credit card must be the same card used for payment and must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. Matching photo ID is also required.
