Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Please note that there is a Visa/Mastercard -1.50% Amex/diners- 3.00% and Union pay -2.50%. If you want to change the card you used when booking, please do so within 7 days prior to arrival by contacting the property using the contact details found on the booking confirmation (Please note this does not apply to the advance purchase rate). A different card cannot be used upon check-in.

You must show a valid credit card upon check-in. This credit card must be the same card used for payment and must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. Matching photo ID is also required.

Please note that if making payment by debit card or EFTPOS an Studio/One bedroom $300 and Two bedroom $500. pre-authorisation will be charged upon check-in to cover any incidental charges.

Please note the release of the pre-authorisation may take between 5-7 working days to appear back in your account after checkout.

If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.

For any bookings arriving after hours, you will be given the option to complete a 'credit card authority form'.

Please note check-in time is from 14:00 and the property cannot guarantee earlier check-in for early arrivals.

You are welcome to store any luggage or park a vehicle until your apartment is ready. Parking for additional cars is charged at AUD 25 per car, per night.
