An original weatherboard cottage set amongst established private gardens forms the foundation of this bright and breezy single-level residence that has been tastefully modernised within keeping of its beach house origins.
Graced with timber-panelled walls and soaring ceilings, it centres around a spacious living and dining space warmed by a cosy slow-combustion wood fireplace. Additionally, there's a separate heater to keep you comfortable come winter. The modern open-plan kitchen features a stainless steel gas stove and is complemented with a range of modern appliances. A separate dining area by the kitchen seats six, while the grassy backyard offers a fabulous covered entertaining area at the rear complete with a barbecue and alfresco dining.
Get some shut-eye across three spacious bedrooms. The first is set with a king and the second houses a queen bed, while the third is furnished with a single bed and trundle plus a cot—perfect for families travelling with small children. All bedrooms have panel heating. Freshen up in the elegant bathroom that offers multiple mounted heaters to keep you nice and warm in the cooler months.
Additional features include an enclosed verandah with a built-in sunbed and plenty of off-street parking. We can also supply a high chair for your little one upon request.
