Bay Breeze Beach House boast a Retreat Style Coastal Garden, including many outdoor entertaining area's, BBQ, outdoor table, outdoor room, fire pit, large day beds, and much more. You won't be disappointed with this modern luxury home, plenty of space inside and outside. The lower level is all yours, upstairs level is not part of the booking, but please use the outside stairs to the balcony to watching those Coronet Bay Sunsets, outdoor setting on the balcony. Fully equipped kitchen for the cook, plenty of seating at the dining table and lots of room to relax in the large lounge room. Stay cool in summer, warm in winter with its double glazed windows, with views to the garden, polished concrete floor and many more energy efficient features.
I love having guest stay and enjoy my passion: Bay Breeze beach house, that I built as an owner builder.... a vision.... a block of land.... and many stages and years later it's ready to share. My aim is to make you the guest feel relaxed, while on your vacation, be it long stays or a short break. And to provide as many amenities as possible and items, in the home to make your stay comfortable with all you may possibly need. I am very approachable and passionate about providing a comfortable environment for your stay. I take pride in the garden and have created restful spaces to unwind. I'm mindful of the environment and have provided a food composting pin, and some fruit trees and herbs for guest. I use environmentally sustainable products when I can.
Coronet Bay is a hidden gem, a large sandy beach only 800 meters away from the house. Its a quiet relaxing location. There are playgrounds, walking tracks behind the beach, a BMX track. A general store is located near the beach, for basic supplies, (best to shop before arrival) the general store also sells alcohol and petrol. Maru Koala Park and Pirate mini golf is only a 5 minute drive away. A walking/ bike trail/track all the way to Corinella, the next town is directly behind the beach, with wet lands to explore. Famous Phillip Island near by with its Penguin Parade, Motor GP Track, Seal Rock, and Heritage Listed Church Hill Island and so much more is only a short drive 15 minutes to the San Remo bridge which takes you directly onto Phillip Island. The George Bass coastal walk with its spectacular scenery is near by, as well as many local wineries.
