Set over 5 acres of manicured lawns with established gardens, solar heated pool, communal spa and tennis court.  Three generous sized bedrooms with the main having an ensuite and ceiling fan, bedroom two has a bunk giving sleeping for three people and bedroom three also having a ceiling fan.  The main bathroom is a three-way design giving you separate areas for the shower and bath, vanity area and toilet.    The large open plan living area has a ceiling fan, TV, DVD player and IPOD dock, this area opens out onto the balcony with a gas BBQ and dining where you can sit back and enjoy the view and park birdlife direct from your own balcony.  Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave and full cooking facilities and the internal laundry runs off the kitchen area and provides a washing machine and dryer.  A quick two minute walk and you are at Little Beach which is known for the calm waters for children to swim and paddle board,  Little Beach also provides picnic tables, free BBQ facilities, toilet facilities and a boat ramp -  making this is the ideal location for a family child friendly beachside holiday. If you love seafood you'll love the locally caught prawns, crabs and lobsters and freshly shucked oysters harvested from the sparkling blue estuary. Any abuse of threatening behavior towards staff or contractors will result in immediate termination of stay without a refund. Any booking for more than 21 nights will require a mid-stay clean at guest cost. The agent is not responsible, nor has control over building and renovation work by neighbouring properties and cannot issue refunds in such circumstances. The guest acknowledges that they are required to complete an online check in form prior to the day of arrival. ID such as a license is required. Feel free to blur address on license. This information is removed from our systems 14 days after check out. There is a $3000 security deposit taken during schoolies period that is taken prior to arrival. Unless specifically stated the property does not provide linen such as sheets, towels, pillowcases, tea towels, bathmats. We can arrange the hire of these at an additional cost. Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.
