44 Bay Parklands has everything to keep everyone happy, FREE WIFI, Netflix, Smart TV and even an XBOX 360 with two controllers and a selection of games, the kids will love it. The living area has the Smart TV, DVD player, CD player, ceiling fan and air conditioning, the living area opens out onto the balcony where you get amazing views and a gas BBQ to cook up a storm. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you could imagine, dishwasher, microwave and a Nespresso compatible DeLonghi coffee machine with frother. Off the kitchen is the internal laundry with a washing machine and dryer. Three spacious bedrooms with the main having an ensuite and ceiling fans in both the main and third bedrooms. There is a porta cot and High Chair for your convenience as well which is stored in the main bedroom wardrobe. The ensuite has a shower, toilet, hairdryer and vanity whilst the main bathroom is a three-way design, giving you a separate bath and shower room, vanity area and toilet, there is also a hairdryer in the main bathroom as well. If you love seafood you'll love the locally caught prawns, crabs and lobsters and freshly shucked oysters harvested from the sparkling blue estuary.
