Conveniently positioned across the road from a supermarket and bottle shop, take away food shops, a laundromat and a post office. There is no need to drive anywhere! Plenty of parking available, owners with local knowledge for secret spots, great places to eat & visit or just stay in and enjoy the space. Our cozy bungalow has one large bedroom with a comfortable queen bed, and a living room that boasts a couch that converts to a single bed to accomodate a third guest if needed. With an Apple TV connected to the Smart TV, your streaming needs are taken care of. Equipped with a modern kitchen and heating & air conditioning to ensure comfort. Freshly renovated and styled, with the added bonus of privacy makes this place the ideal getaway destination. Not to mention the courtyard with a BBQ and dining area to enjoy. A short 20 minute walk takes you to the beautiful Olivers Hill Boat Ramp and beach, great coffee shops within a 10 minute walk, Sweetwater Creek is a 15 minute walk and parks and playgrounds are all within arms reach. Hop in your car to head into town, only 6 minutes to Frankston CBD or 10 mins to Mt Eliza.
