Bayside lifestyle right in the heart of Hampton. This two bedroom apartment offers sophisticated Bayside living. Walk through the wide entrance hallway opening onto open plan living & kitchen area with floor to ceiling windows. Sip your coffee on the generous balcony or cook up a storm in the state of the art kitchen. Two split systems for heating and cooling in living & master. Bathroom with shower, toilet, vanity and European laundry. Secure entrance and secure parking for 1 car. Catch the lift to the ground floor to get coffee, breakfast or lunch at Hampton Bakery or across the road to Cold Rock for an ice cream. All of Hampton's shops and restaurants are at your doorstep. Walk to the beach within five minutes. The location of this apartment is perfect. Both bedrooms have comfortable queen beds and full linen is supplied Fast WIFI available for those working from home. The living space is light and bright and the kitchen is fully equipped including a nespresso coffee machine. Sorry no hens, bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones :) Sorry we have a strict no pet policy.
