Large and stylish beach house with a pool table, outdoor sauna, BBQ and spa in the heart of Phillip Island. Just a hop skip and jump from the most amazing beaches, cafes and parks that the Island has to offer. Bayview House is a stunning beach house located on Phillip Island, just a short walk to Red Rock Beach and a stone's throw from the Cowes main street. Offering 3 bedrooms and a multi-use room with a single-sized day bed and single trundle bed, the house comfortably sleeps 9 adults. With a spa, pool table, TVs with Netflix, board games, books and high-speed internet, you will have everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Bed linen and towels are provided as well as a washer/dryer, fridge, microwave, brand new oven and dishwasher and extensive cookware for the cooks amount you! All spaces are free to access for guests. The house has been newly painted and updated with all new furniture & decor. There is a security camera that is located at the front of the home facing the driveway and front yard. the system is only monitored in the event of any concerns or issues. The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited. Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs. We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or fees will be charged.

The neighbourhood is safe and family friendly. There is a guest guidebook at the home with recommendations on what to do in the area, this gives dining options and local attraction suggestions.
