Our home is situated between the Bay of Fires and Freycinet, on the Great Ocean Drive, in the heart of the East Coast. A perfect base to explore all the wonderful sites the East Coast has to offer. Suitable for couples, families and friends, our open plan 3 bedroom 1 bathroom home, is finished with new Scandanavian inspired furniture. Contact us to fill any one night booking in between with added costs. Two night bookings are required, but we do release some one night bookings at a higher rate.
We are a family of 4, with an 9 and 11 year old. We are enjoy travelling Tasmania and Australia as a family, but Beach Haven is our favourite getaway place.
We love the close proximity to the beach and direct access to the reserve. Walking distance to incredible surf and a short 7 minute drive to the St Helens Mountain Bike trails. It is perfect for families, as there is a large, flat, fully fenced yard for kids to play in. It is also within walking distance to everything that Scamander has to offer: Supermarket Pub Coffee Shop Beach River Chemist Golf Course Much of what you need is within walking distance (cafe, chemist, supermarket, pub, beach, golf course, however a car is recommend for further exploring of the region.
