Property information

Luxury Duplex with panoramic water views across Fingal Bay Renovated, luxurious four bedroom duplex, metres from the sand and directly opposite Fingal Bay Beach. Exceptionally well appointed with features including Air-conditioning, DVD, multiple TV's, gas BBQ, dishwasher, Nespresso Coffee Pod machine and Double Lock Up Garage. Upstairs boasts a fully equipped kitchen and open plan living area with separate children's games room. Bedroom one upstairs has a king bed, walk-in robe and beautiful new ensuite with walk in shower and free standing bath. There is also a separate toilet. Bedroom two has a queen bed, built-in robe and access to a private rear courtyard. (air conditioned). Bedroom three has two single beds (air conditioned) and Bedroom four has one set of single bunks. (air conditioned) The main bathroom is located downstairs as is the internal laundry with washer and dryer, for those who prefer to dry their washing outside there is a washing line to be found in the fenced courtyard at the rear of the property. Note: This property will not accept school leaver or party bookings. This property will only accept Saturday to Saturday bookings.
