Each semi contains • Bedrooms:  o Master bedroom – Queen bed  o Second bedroom – Queen bed  o Third bedroom – Bunks (sleeps up to 7 kids across both semis) • Living & dining: Open-plan lounge with TV, Netflix, cosy seating, and dining table for 6. • Kitchen: Retro-style but fully equipped with oven, cooktop, and microwave. • Bathroom: Original bathroom with shower, toilet, and vanity. • Comforts: WiFi, floorboards throughout, split-system aircon in living area. • Suitable for 12 guests (maximum of 8 adults) 🌞 Outdoor living The highlight is the backyard and timber deck, perfect for relaxing, playing, and gathering together. The deck has 2 x outdoor settings, plus access to a BBQ. We fell in love with this house and Pearl Beach as soon as we saw it. A extraordinarily serene enclave of paradise for our two children and 2 cavoodles to explore and enjoy nature. Locals here have an environmental and sustainability focus, with a local arboretum, beautiful beach, lookouts and nature walks. Everything is within walking distance, including the local cafe, general store, and fine dining restaurant Pearls on the Beach. To the south of the beach are calm waters and ocean pool for kids to swim in. To the north of the beach is a 24 hour dog friendly beach that our Cavoodle loves doing laps of. It is the perfect destination for guests wanting a relaxing family holiday within easy reach of Sydney. Everything is within walking distance at Pearl Beach, including the local cafe, general store, and fine dining restaurant Pearls on the Beach. If you want to travel to surrounding locations, you might want a car, including if you want to do a larger grocery shop at Umina (or get home delivery as an alternative). There is also a bus which stops directly across the street which goes directly to Woy Woy station or Patonga.
