If you are searching for the perfect location for your next family beach holiday then 'Beached Inn' is for you! This spacious home is situated right on the waterfront with only a few steps to the waters edge. The views are absolutely stunning from the main living areas and main bedroom with the family room/ games room at the rear of the property, this room will keep the children entertained! Imagine sitting back on the deck enjoying the view whilst you're cooking up a BBQ feast, the children are playing on the grass and sand and watching the dolphins frolic at your back door. If it gets too warm outside you know you'll be very comfortable and relaxed inside with the air conditioner and large screen TV. 'Beached Inn' has just had an extreme makeover and will be a favourite for holiday makers for years to come! Port Stephens is an easy 2.5 hours from Sydney, with its 26 beautiful beaches, the largest stunning sand dunes in the southern hemisphere, Great Lakes Marine Park and a National Park encompassing 42,000 hectares of Worimi Conservation Lands with fantastic coastal walks. If you love seafood you'll love the locally caught prawns, crabs and lobsters and freshly shucked oysters harvested from the sparkling blue estuary. An array of restaurants with spectacular views and waterside dining are available or a sunset dinner cruise or picnic at the beach might be more enticing. So many activities to do - Diving, fishing, Dolphin and Whale watching, Camel & Horse riding on the beach, boat hire, 4WD and quadbike sand dune rides, Golf, Health & Wellbeing and shopping are to just name a few.

Any booking for more than 21 nights will require a mid-stay clean at guest cost. The agent is not responsible, nor has control over building and renovation work by neighbouring properties and cannot issue refunds in such circumstances. This information is removed from our systems 14 days after check out. There is a $3000 security deposit taken during schoolies period that is taken prior to arrival. Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.
