Beachfront Penthouse by Peppy Beach Retreats® offers you incredible panoramic views of Geographe Bay and the Indian Ocean. This Penthouse is designed to maximise your experience of the most stunning sunsets in Australia. The master bedroom must be seen to be believed, at 30 m2 with a private balcony, walk-in robe, and study nook. But you may instead choose to sleep under the stars in the amazing conservatory (sunroom) attached to the balcony. You will never forget this experience. Beachfront Penthouse by Peppy Beach Retreats® is perched on the top floor of a massive three-level property (which can be rented separately as "Beachfront Mansion"). However, by renting Penthouse you will have an entirely separate entrance and driveway (via Cowrie Court) and will have no interaction with any guests on the bottom two floors (who access the property from a separate road) and there is no internal connection between the property, nor is there any shared space.
