About the home "Beachfront Penthouse" is situated directly opposite the beach and just 100 metres from historic Cowes Jetty and the main street of Cowes. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below: Indoor Areas The vast open plan kitchen/dining/living area (with a giant flat-screen TV and DVD player) leads to the spacious Master bedroom (with its own large, flat-screen TV & DVD player), plus a huge en-suite bathroom with a corner spa bath. The other 2 bedrooms share the main bathroom (with separate toilet). Outdoor Areas The enormous balcony along the entire front of the Penthouse has a great outdoor setting and BBQ, and provides uninterrupted 180 degree views of Cowes beach. The home has a single car garage with internal access (via stairs) and with space to park an additional car in front of the garage door. Kitchen The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, Aldi pod coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, large fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and cook top. Heating/Cooling Systems The Penthouse has reverse-cycle split system air-conditioning in all 3 bedrooms plus the living room
