Each of the ground floor rooms includes direct parking access and there is free on-site parking for trailers, boats and medium-sized trucks. We are close to multiple sports complex ( Including the shore haven).

Balan Village Motel is within a 10-minute drive from Berry and an 11-minute drive of Hanging Rock Lookout and Nowra Wildlife Park. It is a 35-minute drive from Bundanoon and an hour’s drive from Wollongong. The property is close to wonderful beaches, stunning scenery of Kangaroo Valley and Jervis Bay and a selection of local wineries.
