When booking a Deluxe King Room or Executive King Room, please advise the property of the number of guests staying in the room as extra person charges apply. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.

Please note that the Cobb & Co Restaurant and Bar is open from Monday to Thursday only, (except from mid-December to mid-January, and public holidays). For more details, please check with the reception.

You must show a valid credit card upon check in. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation.

Please note that there is a 3.5% charge when you pay with American Express and Diners Club credit cards.

If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform Best Western Coachman's Inn Motel in advance, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.
