At ground level, the open living area looks out onto a private courtyard garden with waterfront views and surrounded by a brush fence for privacy. The 10 squares of floor space includes a fully equipped kitchen well appointed with all appliances. The main queen size bedroom has woollen doona, linen and towels provided plus own ensuite. The second queen bedroom is studio syle and has own its own ensiute. If required, an extra single bed is available and privately positioned. The large bathroom is superbly fitted out with a large separate shower, stylish pedestal basin and a separate spa bath. A reverse-cycle air conditioner keeps the temperature just how you like it. A fully equipped laundry is also provided.
