Adults & teenagers only property: This property is not suitable for children aged 12 years or younger. Accommodation will only be provided to guests 13 years of age and above. Proof of age may be requested.
In-room fireplaces & outdoor firepit: In-room fireplaces are made available for use from 1st May until 31st October. Outdoor firepit use is subject to change & prohibited during the Shire of Donnybrook Balingup Restricted Burning Period, or on any day where the Fire Danger Forecast is classified as High or above, or if a Total Fire Ban has been declared.
