Great Bay is in a quite bush setting environment. But yet close to the beach via a small track from the main road. You will need to walk about 200m down the hill to the main road to access the track. Or you can park the car at the bottom of the road. Only a 10min walk to the famous Bruny Island Cheese Company and short drive to the Get Shucked Oysters. You are less then 15 minutes drive to the Bruny Island neck and if you are lucky you may see the penguins for a night time viewing. Please remember to bring a torch with a red light if visiting the penguins. Your 4 mins drive to the Scenic Flight Tours. Cape Queen Elizabeth walking track is only a 7min drive to the start of the track. You will need to have a car to travel around Bruny Island.
