This property is set in a fantastic location in the beachside suburb of Mount Coolum. Mount Coolum National Park is a short 5 minute drive where you will find an amazing hike up the mountain for 360 degree views of the Sunshine Coast and Hinterland. Alternatively take a short 2 minute walk towards the Boardwalk where you can access the Yaroomba-Marcoola Conservation Reserve and Marcoola Beach. Known for its wide sandy shores, it is a favourite spot for beachgoers. During school holidays, the beach is patrolled by lifeguards, making it a safe place for swimming, and also enjoying the stunning ocean views, whale watching and the beautiful nature covered boardwalk alongside which runs as far as Marcoola Surf Club with regular lookouts to the ocean.
