Truly relaxing, light-filled, spacious and well appointed three bedroom house in peaceful location away from main roads with a leafy outlook over the bush reserve with water glimpses through the trees to the bay .  Level indoor/outdoor access, with enclosed central grassed courtyard offering alfresco dining and gas BBQ, accessed directly from kitchen. The courtyard is enclosed by a 90cm high fence, providing security and easy supervision of toddlers and pets, facilitating relaxed holiday living for families or groups of all ages. The grassed courtyard is ideal for a game of Boules or Croquet. If you love seafood you'll love the locally caught prawns, crabs and lobsters and freshly shucked oysters harvested from the sparkling blue estuary. An array of restaurants with spectacular views and waterside dining are available or a sunset dinner cruise or picnic at the beach might be more enticing. Any booking for more than 21 nights will require a mid-stay clean at guest cost. Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.
