For those looking to be in one of Darwin’s premier lifestyle locations, this ground floor apartment is centrally positioned in "Botanica at Rossiter" and close to the coast and the city’s notable attractions. Brimming with natural light, it offers charming, spacious interiors, catering to all types of travellers.
Stepping inside, the living and dining area is open plan and the entire property has air-conditioning and ceiling fans to keep you comfortable. Thoughtful styling creates a warm and inviting welcome with pops of rattan, timber and greenery. There is a small dining table for meals at home, or setting up a laptop, and a fully equipped kitchen kitted with new appliances and utensils, including a dishwasher. Relax after a busy day on plush sofa seating while enjoying a smart TV or your favourite book.
The master comes with a queen-sized bed, reading nook and built-in wardrobe with plenty of space for your belongings, while in the second bedroom, you’ll find two single beds, ideal for those travelling with kids or in a group. Both bedrooms feature air conditioning, ceiling fans and large windows offering plenty of natural light. A neat white bathroom makes it easy to refresh with complimentary toiletries provided, and guests will also have access to internal laundry facilities including a washing machine and drying rack.
There is one on-site, undercover parking spot and plenty of 24/7 free street parking.

The suburb of Rapid Creek is located 15 minutes’ drive north of Darwin’s city centre and 10 minutes from the airport. It is a central neighbourhood to immerse yourself in Darwin’s vibrant arts, food and entertainment, and is home to Darwin’s oldest market offering more than 100 stores celebrating Asian flavours. From here you are moments from the Nightcliff foreshore, known for its namesake swimming pool and jetty – a popular spot to watch the sunset while tucking into the local food trucks. The Sunday Nightcliff Markets showcase a great range of arts and crafts along with food and local entertainment, while the famous Mindil Beach Sunset Market offers Aboriginal art, fashion and a melting pot of delicious cuisines.
