Pros:
1.Recently settled in Sept 2022.
2.King-size beds and spring mattresses for both bedrooms.
3.Two free parkings.
4.Subscribed TV apps : Prime video, Disney+, Kayo sports, Apple TV.
5.Walk to McDonalds, KFC, Westfield, UC.
6.Woolworths Metro, BWS and restaurants on the ground level.
Cons:
1. No A/C in 2nd bedroom. Might be hot on summer morning ! This is common apartment setting in Canberra by Geocon. I will provide an evaporative fan for cooling.
2.Secured parkings are at level -5 !
