Boasting a sought-after position in Ocean Grove, this updated beach shack is a short stroll to the town’s shopping precinct, local cafes and main surf beach. At the bottom of the street sits Ocean Grove Park with its children’s playground and popular monthly produce market. Encompassing relaxed, coastal living, this home is immediately inviting with its sunny green front yard and pebbled alfresco dining area. Cook up a feast on the outdoor BBQ or make the most of the fully equipped kitchen just inside. It’s kitted with modern stainless-steel appliances including a fridge, oven, stove, microwave and dishwasher. An eight-person timber dining table makes it easy to come together for a shared meal at home or for those needing to set up their laptop. In the evenings, relax in the plush living area with a wall-mounted TV, sound system and plenty of books to choose from. There is air-conditioning and heating, keeping things comfortable year-round. Rest easy in three generous and thoughtfully styled bedrooms. The master features a queen-sized bed along with a single bed; the second bedroom has a double bed, and the third bedroom has two single beds, sleeping seven guests in total. The mix of configurations is ideal for those travelling in a group or with kids. The main bathroom is well presented with a shower, toilet and large vanity with plenty of storage space for your belongings. Besides the kitchen, guests will also have access to an internal laundry with a washing machine, dryer and separate basin, adding to your everyday convenience. There is free parking available on the driveway as well as free street parking right outside. Please note that only the rear yard is fully enclosed. 110AUD charge applies for guests bringing pets.

Nestled on the spectacular Bellarine Peninsula, it’s surrounded by pristine beaches, acclaimed wineries and golf courses making it a vibrant holiday hotspot. Try surfing at Ocean Grove main beach or stand-up paddle boarding at nearby Barwon Heads. Follow one of the region’s many scenic walking trails that range from the peaceful tracks within the Ocean Grove Nature Reserve to the challenging 32-kilometre Bellarine Rail Trail. Get your caffeine fix at Parade Espresso Bar, dine with a view at the relaxed waterfront eatery The Dunes and pick up pies and sweet treats from Rolling Pin Pies and Cakes. Don’t miss a visit to nearby Oakdene Vineyards Cellar Door for a seasoned wine tasting within its historic 1920’s homestead.
