This elegant three-storey home is thoughtfully designed for relaxation and entertainment. The inviting main living area features modern décor, warm timber floors, plush seating, and a cosy yet stylish atmosphere equipped with a 55-inch LED TV, heating and cooling, and board games. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors open to a private patio with a ten-seater table, a BBQ, and lush garden surroundings—perfect for alfresco meals. The indoor dining space centres the open-plan layout and the fully equipped kitchen boasts a gas cooktop, coffee machine, and ample counter space, making meal prep a breeze. Note: The fireplace is purely decorative and not functional. On this level, you’ll also find laundry facilities and a powder room for the group’s convenience. On the first floor, three beautifully appointed bedrooms each feature a queen-sized bed, a full ensuite,  TV, and air conditioning. The spacious primary suite includes a private balcony with outdoor seating overlooking peaceful views through Peppermint trees and a luxurious ensuite with dual sinks, offering a tranquil retreat. One of the ensuite bathrooms also features a bathtub, perfect for a relaxing soak after a day of exploring. Escape to the top-floor bedroom, a versatile retreat with two tri-bunks sleeping six, a dedicated workspace, and a cosy lounge area with plush bean bags, a TV, and a breezy balcony with Geographe Bay glimpses. Resort-style facilities elevate the experience, with access to a heated indoor pool, a stunning outdoor lagoon pool, a fully equipped gym, a games room with pool table, and tennis courts. Secure garage parking is available for two cars with additional guest parking nearby.

A short stroll along the beach path leads to Tonic Restaurant, known for its exceptional modern Australian cuisine and warm atmosphere. For casual bites and great coffee, The Shed Markets and HodgePodge Café are both nearby. For a touch of adventure, explore the iconic Busselton Jetty—the longest timber-piled jetty in the Southern Hemisphere—where you can take an underwater observatory tour or hop on the train for breathtaking ocean views. The vibrant Busselton Foreshore is just a ten-minute drive away, offering playgrounds, restaurants, and the Busselton Brewery. Venture 30 minutes south to the renowned Margaret River wine region, where you’ll find world-class wineries such as Vasse Felix, Cullen Wines, and Leeuwin Estate, along with gourmet food experiences and stunning surf beaches. Nature lovers can explore Meelup Regional Park, Ngilgi Cave, and the famous Cape Naturaliste Lighthouse.
