Welcome to this Brownbill Street Unit! Consisting of 2 Queen Beds, 1 Bathroom with additional toilet. This unit would make a comfortable space for 2 couples or a family of 4. It is in a perfect location to the CBD of Geelong, The Waterfront and Botanical Gardens. Also a short walking distance to a café/shop strip on Garden Street.
Absolutely NOT suitable for parties or gatherings of any type.
We reserve the right to refuse a booking based on the guidelines set out by the property owner!
