Heritage listed 120 year old cottage in the heart of Toodyay town. High ceilings, wood floors, sash windows and all the quirky original features of life since 1900. Walk everywhere you want to go. Huge grass garden overlooking Avon river frontage. Totally airconditioned through out for comfort all year round. Some potential street noise for the light sleepers. The cottage is right on the main street (Stirling Terrace) but up the quiet end of town and still super close to everything you could want. Of course this means it may have some night time noise of a passing car or train hooting in the distance from the front bedrooms. The road is not ever busy though. so any noise is minimal. Back entrance is via 4 steps to a landing. There is no ramp or flat access at the rear. The cottage is very old and has rustic features that display its more than 120 years of life. Please respect the house, take good care of it and appreciate the quirks.
