Fantastic location near Uni Hill DFO, Coles supermarket, shops, gyms and restaurants. This entire 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom fully furnished apartment is ideal for up to 4 guests. Located on the ground floor, it comes with a private courtyard / balcony and dedicated secure entry basement parking for 1 car as well as untimed free street parking. Fully equipped kitchen and amenities, rubbish chute outside of apartment door, walking distance to public transport and nearby parks and lake.
I have been a host for short term accommodation since 2017 with 6 properties which I manage and service myself. I have high standards in presentation and communication to ensure that the guests have a pleasant experience and an enjoyable stay.
