C'est La Vie is in a very beautiful location on a rise overlooking King George Sound ...Seppings Lake....Mount Adelaide...Mount Clarence...and local residences; Great for early morning/evening walks to catch the sinrise/sunset....very idylilc! Relax with breakfast on the Balcony or a tea/coffee/wine/beer at the end of your day Sounds of the ocean and the wildlife are clear at night. fresh air and away from the hustle and bustle. Cafes & Restauraunts/ (Music on weekends)Park/Barbecues are all walking distance. Anzac Visitors Centre is walking distance...but most peolpe drive to cover the the views/outlooks on both mountains. Fishing options close by : Skippy/Herring/Whiting/Flathead are the majority...although lots of friendly crabs so a net is handy. Pamphlets and Maps are all available onsite. Options and advice are provided as well during and before your stay for dining and exploring.
Hi, My name is Debbie. Welcome to C'est La Vie. I'm a country girl.. borne and bred...but have been residing in Albany for 10 years. I have been hosting guests from all over the world for 5 years. I look forward to sharing my home with some lovely guests from all walks of life.. I enjoy learning about and from other cultures and sharing and nuturing what life has to offer. I have 5 children who live within a 500km radius of Albany. 4 boys and a girl from 24 - 31 in age. I enjoy early morning walks on the beach at Middleton Beach Watching the Whales when in season. Laps at the local Pool and relaxing in the steam room Working out at the gym on weekends. Riding my bike on the Middleton Beach - Emu Point Trail Chillaxing to some local music on occassion. I do enjoy a good novel when I have the time. I have enjoyed gardening and cooking on a whole over the years....so many choices/options these days. I do endeavour on a whole to promote and live as healthy as life permits. We have one life and it is up to us as an individual to live it well. Residents in this area get to enjoy the tranquility and opportunity of the early morning walks/bike rides to start a new day afresh. Local swimmers will head to the beach at sunup....no matter the season. Bikes and Paddle Noards are available for rent down at Middleton Beach. Walk the Ellen Cove Boardwalk.....4 km return....or follw the trail to the port and city centre whilst taking in the views of King George Sound. The world renowed Anzac Visitors centre is atop Mount Adelaide. This has won varying prestigiousArchitectural awards. This is an opportunity to walk in someone elses footsteps during the war.....tours are run on a daily basis as well. Frenchmens Bay has some well renowned scenic attractions 1.The Windmill Farm 2. The Gap 3. The Blowholes. 4. Stoney Hill 5. Whaleworld.
