Caba Surf House is a charming family home with newly renovated, self-contained studio offering separate access. Located in the picturesque coastal town of Cabarita Beach, it’s just 12 minutes walk to the beach and shops. The main house feat. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a tropical backyard with swimming pool. The self-contained studio includes a queen bed, kitchenette, and luxurious bathroom. For added comfort, air conditioning is available for hot days, and Netflix is provided for rainy days. The space This property is ideal for a young family with grandparents. The family home has been updated with solar panels, fresh paint, new flooring, carpets, taps, and air conditioning. The self-contained studio, located separately from the main house with its own entrance, has also been recently renovated. Each bedroom includes a ceiling fan, and all windows are equipped with flyscreens. The house sits on a 675m² block with a spacious backyard. The beach and local shops are just a short 12-minute walk away. Amenities: Kitchen: Dishwasher, drip coffee machine, NutriBullet Lounge Room: Air conditioning, TV Laundry: Washing machine, dryer Workspace: WiFi, printer, and second computer monitor The owner will be partially emptying wardrobes and cupboards, but there will be ample space for guests’ belongings. Parking is available directly in front of the house, with space for up to 4 cars in the driveway (1 space will be reserved for the owner’s car). Guest access There are two driveways with enough space for 4 cars. One driveway will be occupied by the owner’s vehicle, leaving 4 parking spaces available for guests. Other things to note The pool is not heated, with an approximate temperature of 24°C during the summer months.

The home is located in the heart of Cabarita Beach, just a hop, skip and a jump from some of the best beaches in the country, or a quick stroll or bike ride to renowned restaurants, cafes and bars. Sensational parks are all around for the kids to play, or to sit and enjoy a summer picnic. Enjoy a swim at Australia’s number 1 beach (voted by Tourism Australia) or surf the world-class break. Wander down the road and enjoy a drink on the deck of the local surf club or take in some fine dining at Paper Daisy or any of the other fantastic eateries this bustling village has to offer. The Gold Coast Airport is just 15 minutes away (if you are planning on flying) and Byron Bay is 30 minutes. One-hour day trips give you so many options to enjoy on your holiday, from the hinterland to the Gold Coast.
