This single-level home offers a private, relaxed stay just a short stroll from the beach. Step through a private entrance into a bright, open living area, complete with air conditioning and a ceiling fan for your comfort year-round. The living room includes a smart TV with Netflix, perfect for cosy movie nights. The open-plan kitchen and dining area features stainless steel appliances, a Nespresso machine and a dishwasher, making it easy to whip up your favourite dishes. There’s plenty of seating for six around the dining table, the ideal spot for gathering over meals or planning your beachside adventures. Step outside for some fresh air, enjoying the patio and fully-fenced backyard, which offer a safe haven for the children and your furry companions to play outdoors. There is also a small, personal rear gate providing direct esplanade access. Rest easy across three well-sized bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable queen bed, ceiling fan and plenty of storage for your belongings. The modern bathroom includes a shower and essentials like shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. Ample on-site parking includes six spaces, with both driveway and carport options, as well as 24/7 free street parking. A AUD100 fee applies to guests bringing pets.
