Boasting a prime address on Darwin’s marina estate at Cullen Bay, this fantastic apartment encapsulates Darwin’s relaxed lifestyle with style. It combines generous open-plan interiors with sprawling alfresco spaces and a BBQ to cook up a feast, as well as access to a common swimming pool.
Entering the apartment, the lower level contains the main living quarters with a large dining table for groups to gather. A fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to cater at home, but you’ll also find plenty of restaurants and eateries close by. In the evenings spread out on the sofa with a large smart TV.
Heading upstairs, you’ll find a dedicated study nook ideal for those needing to work from home or set up their laptop. Each of the bedrooms is immaculately appointed with queen-sized beds and built-in wardrobes for storing your belongings, while air-conditioning and ceiling fans keep things comfortable through all seasons. The main bedroom benefits from an ensuite bathroom with a spacious shower and double vanity, while the bathroom downstairs adds to your everyday convenience. Guests will also have access to internal laundry facilities, comprising a washing machine and dryer.
Undercover secure parking is provided for two cars.
