Welcome to Carcoola, a 1900's heritage federation bungalow which includes both the main residence (3 bedroom) and a self-contained converted chauffeur's quarters (separate dwelling, one bedroom). Situated in the heart of Blackheath and the spectacular world heritage listed Blue Mountains, on just under 5000 sq m of beautifully established grounds, when you drive through the gates you will leave your city life behind.
Just a short walk to the charming village of Blackheath, where you will find great cafes, delis, pubs, restaurants and shops. Also within walking distance are fabulous bush tracks, the magnificent rhododendron gardens, lookouts and natural rock pools. For those looking for more adventure, there are hiking trails, canyoning, caving, rock climbing, horse riding and more.
Blackheath train station is located in the town centre and there is a bus stop 200m down the road on Govetts Leap Road. However, if you have a car you can drive over the railway to the local apple farm on Shipley Road or continue down to the Megalong Valley where you will find horse riding, tea rooms and vineyards.
