We are investing every cent back into restoring the home and gardens, and plan to donate it to the Heritage House Trust one day. One of the last remaining grand estates in the Blue Mountains, right alongside Blue Mountains National Park with stunning mountain views, and your own private 2 acres. Carramar is mere footsteps away from the Valley of the Waters, Wentworth Falls Conservation Hut and the regions most beautiful lookouts. Pets are only allowed with approval, all guests must be declared, and we have a camera at the front door to protect the heritage listed property You must let us know if you are having any guests over those declared (even day visitors), or an event like a birthday or elopement and anything else - there is an event fee. If you want to book Carramar and the Coach house next door you must use the listing "Carramar Estate" and pay a security deposit. We have had unauthorised events since the Conservation hut opened. It puts our entire ability to host at risk, and we take this seriously. If you have an event or extra guests without telling us we will cancel your reservation and ask you to leave with no refund

I fell in love with Carramar Estate when I started a hike 15 years ago, and never forgot it. It is just one of those places Taking on the restoration of a landmark estate is a huge responsibility and a great joy We will not be staying at the property, you have absolute privacy and can let yourself in and out without contact However we have a local assistant, handyman and groundsperson who all live nearby and will be on hand if you need anything
